- 4 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 florets of asparagus
- 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, grated
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C.
Coat a baking pan with 1 Tbsp of the coconut oil. Lay asparagus stalks on the pan.
- In a bowl, mix 3 Tbsp coconut oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Drizzle mixture onto asparagus stalks.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove pan from oven and add mozzarella cheese on top. Return to oven and bake until cheese melts and becomes golden.
