Keto Cauliflower Pizza

Cauliflower pizza recipe:
2 cups of finely diced cauliflower
2 cups cheese (I use Colby)
1 egg
Salt and pepper
  • Preheat oven to 210 degrees
  • Microwave the diced cauliflower for 2 mins
  • Add into a bowl with the cheese, egg and add salt and pepper and mix together
  • On a lined tray - spread out evenly into a pizza base shape
  • Cook for 15-20 mins at 210 degrees
Take out of the oven, add your toppings and place back in for another 15 mins and its ready! so easy and delicious xx
