Curry Mince stir fry

Hormone Healing Curry Mince Stir-fry
Serves 4
1 onion
400g mince
1/2 cabbage
Beef stock cube or liquid
6 teaspoons Curry powder
4 tablespoon organic soy sauce
Frozen or fresh diced up veges of your choice
Salt & pepper to taste
Caramelize onions and add mince to brown in pan. Dice up cabbage and add to pan and simmer for 5 mins.
Add in all other ingredients and stir-fry for around 15mins!
So easy and delicious
