Chicken Curry

Hormone Healing Chicken Curry:
Serves 4
Butter
1 onion
500g Diced chicken thigh (pref organic)
4 tomatoes
Curry powder
Stock or broth
Salt & pepper
Small Cream bottle
broccoli or green veges of your choice
Stainless steel pan:
Brown onion in butter and add diced chicken
Once chicken is cooked; add the Curry powder to your taste, chop up tomatoes and add along with stock, cream, salt and pepper & veges
Simmer for 20mins
Serve on leafy greens! (No rice)
This curry takes around 30 mins to make, so easy and so good for your hormones and stable energy levels
