Keto Cheesy Vegetable Bake:

 

So delicious! I make 2 batches so my family and I can eat the leftovers for a few days 😊
Cheese Sauce:
100mls cream
3 cups of grated cheese (I love colby)
Salt & pepper to taste 
Melt cheese in cream on stove top & add salt and pepper
In oven proof dishes, add cooked non-starchy veges such as cauliflower, broccoli, courgette or asparagus
Pour Cheese sauce over vegetables, sprinkle extra grated cheese, salt, pepper and a small amount of Almond Flour to create a crust on top
Bake at 180 for 10 mins and grill on high for 5 mins 
So good fresh, or re-heated! 🥰🥰
