Bacon wrapped cauliflower

  • 6 strips streaky bacon
  • 6 medium cauliflower florets
  • 1 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place slices of bacon onto tray. Set aside.

  3. Add cauliflower boiling water and boil 5 to 8 minutes until slightly tender. Remove florets from water and place into a medium sized bowl.

  4. Add butter and sea salt to cauliflower. Toss to coat cauliflower with butter and sea salt.

  5. Wrap each seasoned cauliflower floret with a strip of bacon, stretching bacon as needed to cover cauliflower. Some cauliflower can be exposed. Place bacon-wrapped florets in a glass baking dish.

  6. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until bacon is browned and slightly crisp
